About PMCA

Purpose

The PM2.5 Control Association (PMCA) is a nonprofit professional organization to promote the development of domestic PM2.5 and air pollution monitoring and control technologies, assist domestic manufacturers to reduce air pollutant emissions, and promote environmental protection and human health.

Charter

Charter 1

  • 1. The name of the association is PM2.5 Control Association.

Charter 2

  • 1. This association is a nonprofit professional organization to promote the development of domestic PM2.5 and air pollution monitoring and control technologies, assist domestic manufacturers to reduce air pollutant emissions, and promote environmental protection and human health.

Charter 3

  • 1. Promote cooperation between industry, government and research to assist the industry in the development of novel monitoring technologies for PM2.5 and air pollution.
  • 2. Promote cooperation between industry, government and research to assist the industry in the development of advanced control technologies for PM2.5 and air pollution.
  • 3. Promote cooperation between industry, government and research to help expand the market for monitoring and controlling PM2.5 and air pollution, taking into account economic development and environmental protection.
  • 4. Promote cooperation between industry, government and research institutes to hold seminars, lectures on PM2.5 and air pollution related monitoring and control technology issues, and conduct domestic and international exhibitions and visits.
  • 5. Train PM2.5 and air pollution monitoring and control technology talents.
  • 6. Engaged in industry information collection of domestic and international and provide technical exchange services.
  • 7. Assist the government in revising environmental regulations, monitoring and control technical specifications for PM2.5 and air pollution to enhance industrial technology.
  • 8. Other matters related to PM2.5 and air pollution monitoring and control industry development.

Chapter 4

  • The members of this association are divided into the following four categories:
    (1) Group members
    (2) General members
    (3) Sponsored members
    (4) Honorary members.
  • 1. Group members:
    The public and private organizations or groups who approve of the objectives of the association that engage in the manufacture, assembly, testing, management, use and promotion of air pollution and PM2.5 monitoring and control equipment, and to endorse the purpose of the association. Group members are recommended, reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of the Association, and paid membership fees, which may be the group members of the Association, and the representatives shall be delegated to exercise their membership rights.
  • 2. General members:
    At least 20 years of age, who are actually engaged in the research, design and development of air pollution and PM2.5 monitoring and control related equipment and endorsed the purpose of this association, recommended by more than two general or group members who have already joined the meeting, reviewed and approved by the council and pay the membership fee, you must be a general member of the association.
  • 3. Sponsored members:
    Any individual, organization or group that agrees with the purpose of the association will be sponsored by the council and approved by the council.
  • 4. Honorary members:
    The man who endorse the purpose of this association and have a special contribution to air pollution and PM2.5 monitoring and control technology. It is nominated by the president of the board of directors and approved by the board of directors.
